Original air date February 7, 2011

Season 4, episode 14

Synopsis
Marrakesh, Morocco

Roan Montgomery enters a bar in Marrakesh while speaking on his cell phone. He leaves a message for the person who didn’t answer his call. He tells her he is sorry he couldn’t make it to their meeting, wishes her a good night, and hangs up as he approaches a woman sitting at the bar.

But immediately, he starts flirting immediately; she knows who he is; another woman walks up and stuns him with a small device.

In Burbank, the Bartowski clan, along with Sarah, Alex, and Casey, surrounds baby Claire. She fusses, and Mary launches into an obsessive baby-care protocol. Casey and Morgan step away into the kitchen, with Morgan telling him that he needs to tell Alex’s mom that he is alive because Morgan and Alex aren’t comfortable keeping the secret.

Chuck and Sarah are questioned about their wedding plans; Sarah freaks out. Casey, Chuck, and Sarah agree they need a mission.

They go to Castle and key in General Beckman for a meeting to find her sitting at her desk, drinking scotch. They ask for a mission. She has an off-the-books mission that would have no support and would be extremely dangerous. They accept immediately.

She sends them to Marrakesh to rescue Roan Montgomery, who has been captured by Fatima Tazi and her band of female soldiers. She is obviously unsettled while telling them their objective and then ends the meeting. Chuck questions what is wrong with Beckman, and Casey and Sarah inform him that Roan and Beckman have a romantic history.

In Marrakesh, Montgomery is questioned by Fatima while tied to a chair. He tells her he came to join her money-laundering scheme.

Sarah and Chuck prep for their mission in Castle; Sarah pitches that she and Chuck elope instead of dealing with the pressure of the wedding and his family.

Chuck is horrified and talks to Morgan. He advises that Chuck can’t disappoint everyone by eloping and has to say no to Sarah. Chuck decides to practice saying no and work his way up.

Casey, Chuck, and Sarah infiltrate Tazi’s compound. They disguise themselves, but Sarah vows never to dress as a belly dancer. Chuck flashes on an oil tycoon who is at the compound. Montgomery has a tracker on him, and they follow it to his location, finding him tied up in a bed and blindfolded. He thinks they are the woman he is waiting for until they take the blindfold off, and he gets upset that they are ruining his mission.

Montgomery is angry that Beckman sent them and tells them to hide when he sees Tazi returning. Casey goes under the bed while Chuck and Sarah go behind a wall curtain.

Alex visits Morgan at the Buy More and tells him they are meeting her mom together. He tells her that Casey agreed to tell her mom (Kathleen) that he is alive. Alex kills the idea, so Kathleen can be happy and not dredge up old history.

Chuck is practicing saying no to Sarah by disagreeing on their escape plan, but they are discovered when Chuck sneezes.

They are captured and sent to the dungeon with Roan. He questions them about their relationship while tied up in the dungeon. Chuck blurts out that he doesn’t want to elope. They are arguing when Casey interrupts, trying to break them out.

He plans to seduce his way past the guard; they tell him to blast his way in and Roan insults his seduction skills.

Tranq and explode! Roan yells out.

Casey’s seduction fails and he tranqs the guard to help them escape. Casey stays behind to check out the situation with Tazi and tranquilizes Montgomery so they can take him back.

In Castle, Chuck, and Sarah sit at a conference table with Roan and the General as she stares bullets at him.

Chuck tries to leave but Beckman orders them to stay. She is angry that Casey is stuck in Morocco.  Roan tells her he will go get Casey back, but she says he has another mission for him; he will work at the Buy More.

Roan tells Chuck about his and Beckman’s history. They had a relationship that began in Berlin many years earlier and made a date for 20 years later.

It was that date he didn’t show up for and the reason Beckman sent them after him.

Morgan makes contact with Casey in Morocco, tells him that Alex cancelled the plan to talk with Kathleen.

Chuck talks to Roan about the elopement crisis. He tells Chuck to use seduction to get his way. Chuck shows up at the apartment dressed in a suit and dress coat. Sarah comes out as a belly dancer, trying to convince him to elope. He weakens until he realizes she is using the seduction technique on him and refuses.

They are called to Castle, Casey is in a wall and speaking via a video and audio hookup.

They witness Tazi assassinate the men who she was dealing with for the counterfeit money and Casey gets trapped by falling debris inside the wall.

Beckman sends Sarah and Chuck back to Morocco to get the location of the mint where the bills are made and to rescue Casey. Roan has to go with them to seduce Tazi for the location of the mint.

Mary is telling Claire about grandpa’s mission that saved her life while snuggling in a rocking chair while Elle looks on.

Roan has to climb a wall to get to Fatima and seduce her. Chuck and Sarah will rescue Casey. Roan tells them to never go on a mission angry, talk out their differences.

Roan confronts Fatima and tells her he was removed against his will, he has come back for her.

Chuck and Sarah agree that fighting is stressful, and they have to work out the wedding problem together. Chuck realizes that Sarah is stressed about her family situation, not his.

They cut a hole in the wall to rescue Casey. Roan succeeds in getting Tazi to open up; she tells him her plan, and they discover the location of the mint. Beckman calls in an air strike and orders Chuck and Sarah to get Casey out.

Tazi’s squad discovers them and Casey has to use his location inside the wall to shoot the armed women.

Beckman calls Montgomery and tells Tazi to go ahead and kill Roan, but she just has one thing to say to him. When he gets on the phone, she tells him to duck as she uses a rocket launcher to blast the room.

Chuck, Casey, and Sarah collect Roan and escape.

Beckman and Roan are discussing their relationship over drinks. She never intended to meet him but informs him she had to hunt him down; “you never run away from a General.”

They agree to continue their rendezvous, starting with Morocco right now.

Casey goes to talk to Kathleen but sees her on a date while out with Morgan and Alex.

Elle tells Mary she needs to get back to her own life. Chuck tells Sarah he will help her with her family. He wants to get to know more about her.
