216 - Chuck Vs. the Lethal Weapon
Sarah and Casey arrive at Swiss Consulate
Sarah and Casey go to the Swiss Consulate to find a Fulcrum operative with the codename, Perseus. The house used for the exterior is located at 430 Madeline Dr, Pasadena Ca. It is a 19,000 sq ft private home. Aa you will see, the bulk of the episode was filmed in that mansion.
Casey and Sarah in the reception Room at the Consulate
As Chuck and Cole are competing as observers and spotters for Casey and Sarah, we see them in the reception room of the consulate. This interior is in the mansion itself
Chuck Spots Busgang (Perseus) in Dining Room
Chuck is suveying the scene using Casey’s camera when he spots and then flashes on an older man who he identifies as Howard Busgang aka Perseus. He is talking to a young woman in the mansion’s dining room. It appears a tapestry was hung or CG’d over the mirrors on the wall of the room.
Chuck and Cole Arrive at the Consulate to Rescue Casey and Sarah
When Cole recognizes his Fulcum torturer and he disables their camera, he and a very reluctant Chuck, travel to the Consulate to provide reinforcements to Casey and Sarah.
Cole and Chuck See Casey, Sarah and Busgang Taken Captive
Cole and Chuck approach the mansion and as Chuck looks through the window, he see Casey, Sarah and Bugang being led away by gunpoint. Notice the stairway in the background.
The Team is Taken to a Room Upstairs
The team (Sarah, Casey and Busgang) are escorted by gunpoint byt the Fulcrum agent, now identified as Duncan to a room upstairs. This room is where Chuck locates them and is in the mansion.
Cole Gets Shot Protecting Sarah
Chuck tries to enter the room, the gun is dropped and it goes off enough for Sarah and Casey to subdue the Fulcrum agents and try to escape. Cole, somehow has entered the Consulate.As Sarah enters the hallway leading to the staircase, Duncan aims at her, but Cole jumps in from of her, tackling her, but gets shot.
217 - Chuck Vs. The Predator
Drone flying to Beverly Hills Buy More
Lester takes the Rourke 7 laptop to Jeff’s “office” (men’s bathroom stall). They find the program to control a drone and they aim it at their own Buy More. Then, Lester aims the drone at the Beverly Hills Buy More. Chuck realizes what they are doing and stears the drone away from the Buy More.
The address for the Beverly Hills Buymore is 10100 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, Ca., which does not exist. The building shown on the show is Macy’s Department Store located at the Burbank Town Center 301 E. Magnolia Bl. The building is heavily CG’d, but the aerial view shows the silver dome that still exists on the building.
Chuck Taken Captive by Vincent
After Vincent wakes up from the effects of the pill he took, he takes Chuck captive and they go to a hotel with an address of 54 S. Temple Ave, which would be in downtown Los Angeles, if the address existed. Instead, the hotel is located on Hennessey st on the WB Studio lot. The sign was CG’d and perhaps the awning over the door.
Orion Standing on Corner, Gets Captured
Chuck looks out the window of the hotel room and sees a shadowy figure standing on the corner. It is supposed to be Orion (Stephen). He is standing on Hennessey St.
Orion moves off the corner and a group of men capture him and take him to the hotel.
Casey and Sarah Arrive to the Hotel
When Sarah realizes Chuck has been in castle, she sees the clue he left on the computer. Casey and Sarah rush off in the Crown Vic to the Hotel to rescue Chuck. We see the car roumd the corner of Hennessey St.
218 - Chuck Vs. The Broken Heart
Chuck and Forrest At Westisde Medical Center
North HollyBecause of the 49B, Chuck is forced to work with Agent Forrest at Westside Medical Center. The exterior is again the Bridge Building on the WB lot. The interior is the North Hollywood Medical Center, which was torn down.
Sarah Leaves for Airport
After Sarah is dismissed by Beckman and told to report to Langley the next morning, he leaves her hotel room and, assumed to be heading for the airport. However, she is actually heading away from the two closest airports and is now far away from Burbank or where her downtown apartment is supposed to be. Her Porsche is in Simi Valley, which is 32 miles from Burbank and the nearest airport, 47 miles from dowtown LA and 48 miles from LAX.
Bank where Rashad Ahmad is Being Hidden
Chuck is taken to remove the bug from Ahmad’s pacemaker. The team tracks them to a bank in downtown LA. The interior was filmed at a old Bank of America Branch at 650 S. Spring St. However, the exterior shot is the Federal Office Building at 50 UN Plaza in San Francisco.
219 - Chuck Vs. The Dream Job
Chuck Goes for a Job Interview at Roark Industries
The CIA arranges for Chuck to interview with Rourke Industries, his dream place to work, run by his father’s arch-enemy, Ted Roark. The Roark Industries Building is located at 52 Discovery, Irvine, Ca. It has been the home of Masimo Industries, a medical equipment manufacturer since 2015. The building has been used in a number of productions, incluing Iron Man.
It appears the most of the episode was filmed in the building as we see Sarah and Casey on walkway.
Roark Unveils RIOS
Roark fills the theater to unveil the latest version of RIOS, a deadly operating system. It is here that Chuck attempts to stop him.
The theater is not located at the Masimo Headquarts building, but is the Steven J Ross Theater on the Warner Brothers Studio Lot.. It is mainly used for screenings for employees and others. It is available for rent to outside concerns.
220 - Chuck Vs The First Kill
Chuck Visits Jill in Prison
Chuck visits Jill in prison to get her to cooperate with the team. The assumption is the prison is located in Southern California. However, the aerial picture is that of Rahway State Prison in Rahway, New Jersey.
Chuck and Jill go to Her Parent's House for Fake Engagement Party
Chuck and Jill go to her parent’s to celebrate their fake enagement to lure Uncle Bernie for the tem can capture him.
The house is located at 1090 Rubio St, in Altadena Ca. Not clear all the interiors shots are in the house.
Chuck and Casey Go to the Fulcrum Leadership Training Building
Chuck takes a call on dead Uncle Bernie’s phone, which is coming from 1600 Destefano Court, a building off Mulholland, which of course, does not exist in real life. The building used is a heavily CG’d version of 3400 Riverside Dr. It is the same building used in the Beefcake episode as the drop off point for the playback device. They go to the building to rescue Chuck’s dad.
Eventually, Chuck is found out and Mr. Burghee takes him to an office. There is a fight and Chuck uses the “Morgan” and Burghee flies out the window. It appears they are on a high floor of 3400 Riverside. The shot shows Chuck hanging on to Burghee and you can not only see the Warner Brothers Studio below, but as far as the Sheraton Universal Hotel (The tall black building).
221 - Chuck Vs The Colonel
Chuck and Sarah Go to Rescue Stephen at Blackrock
The team has discovered that Stephen has been transportedto a secret Fulcrum base called Blackrock, located in Barstow, Ca. In the meantime, Sarah has runaway with Chuck to escape Chuck’s being taken underground. They go to rescue Stephen.
An Aerial view of a town labeled Barstow, Ca is actually the town of Baker, Ca. Baker is located 179 miles from Burbank on the Interstate 15 highway. Baker and Barstow are on the famous US Route 66. Barstow is about 63 miles from Baker. Both Baker and Barstow are typical stopping place on the way from Southern California to Las Vegas.
Many businesses have closed over the years, but the World’s Biggest Thermometer is still operating. You can see it in all the pictures of the town.
Chuck and Sarah Check Into the Motel
After investigating the Starbright Drive-in for clues, Chuck and Sarah check into a motel in “Barstow.” The location of the motel is in a little town about 34 miles from Burbank called the Sierra Pelona Motel, 12117 Sierra Hwy Agua Dulce, Ca (Sweet Water). Quite a bit off the beaten track. it is an old fashioned motel and the couple stayed in Room 6.
Casey and Sarah Fight the Fulcrum Agents
After Sarah is captured and Chuck attempts to free her by running over the Fulcrum agents, Casey and Sarah fight the agents in front of the motel.
222 - Chuck Vs The Ring
Devon and Ellie's Wedding
Devon and Ellie’s aborted wedding is at the First Presbyterian Church of Hollywood, located at 1760 N Gower St in Hollywood.
The Attempted Wedding Ceremony
The congregation has gathered in the Church, waiting for the ceremony to begin while calamity occurs behind the scenes. The chapel in use is the Wylie Chapel at the Church, not the main sanctuary.
The wedding reception was supposed to be held after the ceremony. But became a battleground, thanks to Ted Roark and Fulcrum. The room is known as the Mears Center of First Pres. The real landmark in this case is the stage and curtains. When Casey and troops parachute into the Hall, it is mostly CGI until they land on the floor.
Devon and Ellie's Beach Wedding
Chuck uses his CIA money to hold Devon and Ellie’s wedding at the beach. The beach is known as Point Dume State Beach in Malibu.
